DVD Video Production Services is a full-time, professional video production company, the audio-visual creative center of "old Mount Pleasant."
Co-owners David Frantz and Laura Shelton are unique in their high level of professionalism, caring, experience, and commitment. They create new media in their wonderful historic building every day. David grew up in Mt. Pleasant and started videotaping weddings in the Charleston area in 1987. David's art, photography, and filmmaking interests in high school led to him to achieve awards and to earn a college degree with honors from the journalism school at the University of Georgia, studies including fine arts, and radio, television, and film production. Laura is a very inspired individual. She makes the most of her art, extensive business background, and her organizational and people skills to manage their office. Laura has been very successful shooting and editing weddings for years using her creative eye, and her heart for working with people, these are her avenues to a rewarding career as a videographer and a business owner.
DVD Videos staff loves traveling and making memories on video and through still images while sharing adventures. They create wonderful keepsake DVDs, picture books, and computer images both from stills and motion pictures. They help their customers preserve memories by copying old photos, slides, films, and tapes to DVDs. Sometimes they use the old media to create new media.
