Offering quality home inspections of existing homes , new homes , construction inspections, Insurance inspections, energy inspections , environmental inspections
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started as a Lic. Home Builder and found out that home inspections were a growing business offering services to home buyers , home owners and investors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been performing inspections for over 26 years as a Licensed Home Inspector in SC and as a member of the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors for over 24 years as well as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors for 20 years with extensive education and training on home inspections. Providing detailed inspection reports and same day service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location serving the Charleston , Dorchester, Colleton and Berkeley counties
Provide detailed directions to your location
I work out of my truck , I use a lap top to complete my inspections and email the reports the same day.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash , checks , MC or VISA for payment
Which areas do you service?
The entire lowcountry area, Charleston , Dorchester,Colleton and Berkeley counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
American Inspection Service , Inc. is owned and operated by Bill Jacques
What are your hours of operation?
Appointments for inspections are available Mondays thru Saturdays , 8:00AM to 4:00 PM
